By accessing our website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Booking & Appointments
- Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or confirmation email
- You must arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time
- We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion
- Prices are subject to change. The price at time of booking is honoured
Deposits & Payments
A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made within the specified timeframe.
Remaining balances are due at the time of service. Online payments are processed securely via Stripe.
Cancellation Policy
- 48+ hours notice: Full refund of deposit
- 24–48 hours notice: 50% of deposit retained
- Less than 24 hours notice or no-show: Full deposit forfeited
- We reserve the right to cancel with 24 hours notice and will offer a full refund or reschedule

Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities or scalp conditions before your appointment
- We are not liable for adverse reactions unless we have been informed of known allergies
- We reserve the right to decline services if we believe it may harm your hair or scalp health
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
Intellectual Property
All content on our website is the property of BraidsnCo and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
BraidsnCo is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages beyond the value of the service provided. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by UK law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
